Washing and caring for wool: 

Wool does not need to be washed after every wear. Its fibres have a natural protective coating that helps resist dirt and dust. Hang to ventilate between wear.

Wash in lukewarm water (30°C) using a specialist wool detergent (We carry Eucalan Delicate Wash in store and online. Great for wools and delicates.) at a low-spin or wool cycle or hand wash. Gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting. Reshape and dry flat on a rack, placing a towel underneath to absorb moisture. Do not hang or tumble dry. Store folded in a drawer to help the beanie retain its shape. Pilling occurs naturally with friction and can be gently removed with a pilling comb or fabric shaver.
