Payment & Shipping Policy

All prices in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

Processing: Allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been processed, and another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping: *During the Canada Post strike as of November 15th, 2024 we will be using UPS or alternative shipping companies to ship all packages. Only Canada Post can deliver to PO boxes so we are currently unable to ship to PO boxes at the moment. If you usually have packages delivered to a PO box we recommend using an alternate address such as a work address, a friend's address, etc. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada. If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes. 

Approximate delivery times:

Canada : 3-5 business days. 

USA: 8-10 business days. 

International: 10-12 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are handled on a case by case basis, please email us within 7 days of receiving order if you'd like to return an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we can only refund the cost of the item returned, not the original shipping cost. Once the item is received we will refund the purchase price as long as the item is still in a re-sellable condition and hasn't been washed or worn. 

Vintage and sale items are final sale.
